| Record Description | This ancient rowan is 3.20 m in girth and has had a hard life but survives in full flower.
We were unable to measure Ric but he is of sufficient girth and also in the full flower of youth. |

| Additional Notes | This sing;e stem rowan has fallen and is hollow and fragmentary. It is a survivor of woodland once more widespread and is one of the largest rowans seen during our survey in Swaledale.
